$25.00 A luxury baby-products company is seeking an experienced Escalations Lead to join their team. This is a contract opportunity (6-12 months with opportunity to extend). $25/hr Monday - Friday, full-time, day shift
Key Responsibilities:
Confidently take ownership of complex cases De-escalate challenging situations Guide both customers and team members toward effective resolutions Phone-based customer service Serve as a secondary resource for the team, providing guidance on tricky situations and being available for questions when needed
Experience Required:
Strong experience in handling escalations 2+ years of call center / phone based customer service experience Comfortability with dual-monitor system, multi-line phones, and basic computer functionality
