Call Center Representative

Position Overview This is a seasonal call center position focused on handling incoming phone calls from existing customers and potential new customers. The role plays a key part in providing excellent customer service, answering questions about our services, and assisting with new customer sign-ups. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable on the phone, organized, and enjoys helping customers. On the job training is provided. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls from current and prospective customers Provide accurate information about services, pricing Sign up new customers and enter information into the system Follow call center scripts and training guidelines Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful tone on every call Document notes and customer interactions clearly and accurately Schedule & Availability Seasonal position Monday through Friday availability required Saturdays as needed Qualifications Strong communication and listening skills Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
