Job Description

Badger State Staffing is seeking a reliable, tech-savvy, and customer-focused individual to join a dynamic service center based in Appleton. In this role, you will be the face of the store, assisting customers with their purchases and helping with inventory management in a warehouse environment as needed.
Primary Duties:
Greet customers, answer questions, and guide them to the right solutions for their needs Efficiently operate a digital register system, process payments, and look up product information Handle incoming phone calls and online inquiries with a professional and helpful attitude Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom floor Assist with receiving shipments, unpacking stock, and organizing inventory in the warehouse Replenish store shelves and ensure accurate inventory counts using handheld scanning devices Prepare and package orders for customer pickup or shipment
Schedule:
Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent A proven track record of dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic Comfortable navigating a digital POS system, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic computer applications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine desire to help customers Ability to multitask and comfortably transition between the retail floor and the warehouse
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
