Customer Care Representative:

You'll be: Interacting with customers via phone, email, and social media to provide information and resolve inquiries about products, services, orders, billing, and shipping. Receiving and processing sales orders efficiently. Handling and resolving complaints in a professional and empathetic manner by following company procedures. Facilitating, analyzing, and resolving customer issues with urgency and accuracy. Managing a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining top quality in service delivery. Collaborating with store personnel to complete e-commerce orders and resolve customer concerns. Providing timely solutions, recommendations, and product information, ensuring positivity and empathy in every interaction. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (post-high school education preferred). Bring at least 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, training, or member retention. Possess quick learning abilities for program and product knowledge, and are comfortable using a PC in a Windows environment. Thrive in a fast-paced setting and adapt quickly to change. Excel in effective and professional communication, both verbal and written (phone, email, chat, in-person). Engage with customers and team members in a friendly, helpful, and competent manner. Ask the right questions to gather all necessary information for issue resolution. Use critical thinking to handle and resolve complex customer concerns. Consistently follow training and established procedures for all tasks. Have reliable high-speed internet if working remotely.
