Job Description

We are continuing to grow throughout the region and are actively hiring an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to support our telecommunications campaigns. This role is centered around customer engagement, relationship-building, and helping customers find the best products and services to fit their needs. As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you will receive hands-on training in customer service, sales support, account management, and business operations while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working directly with people, communicating solutions, and developing professional skills with long-term advancement potential. In this role, you will play an important part in creating positive customer experiences, supporting retail initiatives, and helping drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth for our clients.
Entry-Level Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in a retail environment Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and personalized service Assist customers with questions regarding wireless products, service plans, upgrades, and promotions Support customer onboarding, account assistance, and sales processing Recommend additional products and services based on customer needs and preferences Resolve customer concerns and provide timely, solution-oriented support Maintain accurate customer and sales records while following company procedures Stay informed on current product offerings, promotions, and industry updates Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet customer service and sales goals Contribute to a positive, energetic, and customer-focused workplace environment
Entry-Level Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude with a professional and team-oriented mindset Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and customer support abilities Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow professionally Comfortable working directly with customers on a daily basis
