The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of accounting principles, meticulous attention to detail and the capability to identify and address customer concerns effectively and efficiently.

What You'll Do:

Responsible for handling routine customer service inquiries via phone, chat, and email Must have excellent written/verbal communication and problem-solving skills, as well as being comfortable with multi-tasking as needed Research and communicate findings of customer payments, short pays and cash application details to the proper department and/or customer Accepts and processes customer payments Offer guidance on processes and troubleshoot common questions on programs and systems used Additional duties as required

Essential Qualifications:
