Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a motivated Insurance Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for clerical duties and providing customer service via in person, phone, and emails. Responsibilities:

Maintaining records of customer interactions and documents from the company. Answer client inquiries via phone, e-mail, and in-person. Assist clients with insurance quotes, endorsements, billing, and claims. Assist Agents in various tasks or projects.

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in data entry and computer systems. Knowledge of insurance products and services is advantageous. Must become licensed with the State of Wisconsin within 120 days of employment. This position may be filled full time or part time. Full time would be between the hours of 8:30am
• 5pm Monday-Thursday and 8am-4pm on Friday. Part time would be 12pm
• 5 pm Monday
• Thursday and 12pm
• 4pm on Friday.

Pay:

$18.00
