Upbeat, fun, natural health clinic specializing in food coaching, weight loss, chiropractic, and finding the true cause of health problems, not masking symptoms with drugs. We have been in business for over 40 years and we are looking for enthusiastic front desk customer service employees. You must be a people person and love helping people. You will be speaking on the phone to existing and potential clients as well as in the office doing the same thing.

Required personality characteristics:

Passion for eating well, exercising, thinking positive and taking nutritional supplements. Wants to contribute to the expansion of the organization Upbeat and outgoing personality Must be a quick learner Maintain a high level of professionalism and care, no matter what attitude the client is presenting Required technical/administrative competencies and experience: Basic money handling skills Computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets and emailing. Excellent Communication skills Must have at least 8 years of customer service/interaction experience. Some responsibilities related to the position: Handle all phone calls in a timely manner either in the moment or passing on the message to the appropriate person. Collect necessary data from new clients while scheduling and ensure all paperwork is completed. Maintain client charts and files accurately. Responsible for maintaining a full appointment book. Learn basic cash handling and transaction processing using credit cards. Desire to learn and educate yourself about natural health and products/services within the clinic. Maintain high standards in the clinic including cleanliness, maintenance tasks, and organization. Effectively communicate with all members of staff.

Planned Salary and other benefits:

We offer a starting wage of $17 per hour plus free products and free wellness lab work.
