Role Highlights:
$19.00 per hour Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with extended hours until 6:00 PM on
Tuesdays and Thursdays On-Site Full-time Temp-to-Hire What You'll Do:
Greet clients in person and over the phone to provide a warm and helpful experience Process applications and conduct intake interviews to determine eligibility for assistance programs Schedule appointments for multiple county offices and manage a high volume of calls Answer questions regarding program requirements and refer complex inquiries to the appropriate staff Assist with community outreach events to share information about available services Keep accurate records and perform routine clerical tasks to support the operations team
What You'll Bring:
