Job Description

Job Summary Riverview Animal Hospital is seeking an energetic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team! Our practice consists of 2 full time Veterinarians and 8 support staff. We are an independently owned small animal private practice open Monday- Friday weekly. In this role, you will be the friendly face and helpful voice for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your positive attitude, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks will drive customer satisfaction and foster lasting relationships. Duties Respond promptly to customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems, email, and live chat, delivering clear and courteous communication. Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients and their pets, handling incoming calls, and directing them efficiently. Assist with office management tasks such as managing online pharmacy requests, calendar management, and scheduling appointments. Provide exceptional customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, triaging patients and ensuring a positive experience. Requirements Proven experience in office management with strong organizational skills. Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) Prior customer service experience with a focus on phone etiquette and professional communication. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
