SERVICE ADVISOR

Monday through Saturday, with day off during the week. Prior Service Advisor/Writer experience preferred. $18-20/hr Our client would like you to join their team as a

SERVICE ADVISOR.

 This is a great full-time opportunity to put your Customer Service skills and computer skills to work! You'll work in a great office/retail environment and get to do the following:

Essential Job Duties:

Originate repair orders for service and sales departments Schedule retail and internal service work appropriately Track job status and progress Communicate with customers Ensure service work is approved in advance Return phone calls and emails promptly Take payment for repair orders and review work performed with customers Process warranty claims with manufacturers Check inventory and customer units for service bulletins and recalls

Requirements:
