RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide Excellent Customer Service:

Effectively work with customers during their service visit and explain recommended maintenance.

Communicate Effectively:

Have outstanding communication in person, over the phone, and over email with customers. Provide accurate repair estimates and advise customers about repairs and services they should consider for their camper. Work as a

Team:

Maintain open communication with management, fellow advisors, technicians, and the parts department Complete work in a

Timely Manner:

Ensure that all services and paperwork are completed quickly and efficiently in order to best serve our customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

Dealership Experience (Auto, RV, or related Industry)

• 1+ Years Required Intermediate Computer Skills
• Required Customer Service experience
• Required This is a full-time position with pay ranging from $20
• 30/hour depending upon the individual's experience and performance.
