Monday-Friday Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality customer support via phone, ensuring accuracy and quality goals Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently and cost-effectively, following department protocols and utilizing systems Maintain accurate, complete CRM records for every customer interaction Promote a positive and helpful experience for customers and colleagues•Stay on schedule and follow departmental KPIs for calls per hour and availability Contribute to projects and tasks as assigned

Required Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent required•1 year of call center experience in a call center environment required•Working knowledge of
