About the Role We are currently seeking a Full-Time Member Support Representative for our Call Center Branch. This position is trained in all areas of member service and plays an essential role in delivering an exceptional member experience. What You'll Do Answer inbound member calls Assist with transactions and account inquiries Provide accurate information and solutions based on member needs Identify opportunities to strengthen and expand member relationships Deliver friendly, high-quality service in every interaction Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to learn and follow financial procedures A positive attitude and commitment to teamwork Spanish-speaking is a plus Why Join Prime Financial Credit Union?
