Job Description

Description National Presto Industries is seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team! As the Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and experiences to our Spanish-speaking customers. You will engage with customers through thoughtful, professional communication, address inquiries with clarity and care, and proactively resolve concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
monitor incoming customer inquiries problem-solve and provide timely and effective solutions educate customers on use of Presto® products address warranty questions maintain accurate records of customer orders and call notes Requirements Qualifications, Education, and Experience ability to speak and understand Spanish proficiently high school diploma or equivalent previous customer service experience proficiency with Microsoft products, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word Skills & Attributes excellent written communication skills strong command of grammar detail oriented Why Join Us?
