Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a mission-driven non-profit organization in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, managing high-volume communication, and ensuring each interaction is handled with professionalism and care. The person in this role will serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing accurate information, processing requests, and maintaining a positive service experience across phone-based interactions.
  • ON SITE ONLY
  • Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming customer calls promptly and professionally, addressing questions, concerns, and service requests with a helpful approach.
  • Enter and update order information accurately in internal systems to ensure timely processing and dependable recordkeeping.
  • Handle a steady volume of customer interactions while maintaining quality, courtesy, and attention to detail.
  • Place outbound calls as needed to follow up on requests, confirm details, or provide updates to customers.
  • Resolve routine service issues efficiently and escalate more complex matters to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Document conversations, actions taken, and customer information clearly to support continuity and accuracy.
  • Deliver a consistent and positive experience that reflects the organization's service standards and commitment to its community.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve response times and support daily call center operations.
