  • 4:30pm (Flexible Start Time) We're supporting a well-established, growth-oriented manufacturing organization in Germantown, WI serving OEM customers across multiple industries.
Due to several team members currently on extended leave, there is an immediate need for a Customer Order Representative to step in and support a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This role offers strong potential for long-term conversion depending on business needs and performance.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
  • Process and manage orders across EDI, email, portals, phone, and other channels
  • Handle expedites, order changes, and urgent "line-down" scenarios
  • Coordinate with internal teams (materials, scheduling, logistics) to confirm availability and delivery timelines
  • Review and resolve order exceptions, discrepancies, and customer inquiries
  • Maintain accurate data including pricing, forecasts, and order acknowledgements
  • Support RMA processing, sample orders, and customer system interactions Requirements for
Customer Service Representative:
  • 2+ years of customer service or inside sales experience (B2B or manufacturing environment preferred)
  • Experience managing high-volume order entry across multiple channels
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to stay composed under pressure
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization and follow-through
  • Experience working within an ERP system (e.g., SyteLine or similar) preferred
  • Exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, or production-driven environments preferred
  • Familiarity with EDI, scheduling, and logistics coordination is a plus
