In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience with our services. A successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude. Family business , relaxed work environment very casual dress code. Responsibilities Manage calls with professionalism and courtesy. Provide accurate information while scheduling appointments Assist customers Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records using data entry skills. Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve processes. Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction. Maintain high standards of phone etiquette and communication throughout all interactions. Requirements Previous call center experience is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Proficient computer skills. Ability to type efficiently while engaging in conversations with customers. Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs effectively.
