Job Description Job Description We are seeking a versatile Sales Representative to bridge the gap between our customers and our operations. This role is perfect for a proactive problem-solver who enjoys a mix of sales, technical advising, and logistics.
Main Responsibilities:
Customer Sales:
Call on existing and prospective accounts to secure orders.
Technical Support:
Provide expert product guidance and troubleshooting for customers.
Order Management:
Process orders and assist with distribution scheduling.
Procurement:
Coordinate with the purchasing team to source non-stock items.
Counter Service:
Handle walk-in sales and provide in-person customer assistance.
Key Requirements:
Strong communication skills for phone and face-to-face sales. Technical aptitude to assist with product inquiries. Detail-oriented approach to order processing and logistics.
