Overview We are seeking a motivated Part-time Customer Service Representative and Float Vaccine Clinic Assistant to join our team. Needed hours would be Monday-Wednesday 6:00am-10am and Thursday 6:00 am-3:30pm, there is a potential for filling in as needed based on staffing, flexibility is priority. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to community pet health by supporting client interactions, managing administrative tasks, and assisting with vaccine clinic operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for animal welfare, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional customer support throughout their visit. Assist with data entry, appointment scheduling, and maintaining accurate client records using Microsoft Office tools. Support vaccine clinic operations by preparing supplies, organizing materials, and assisting veterinary staff as needed. Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information about services and scheduling appointments via outbound calling when necessary. Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately during transactions while maintaining strict call center etiquette. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic area to ensure a safe and welcoming environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and deliver outstanding client services. Experience Previous experience in customer service or client support roles, preferably within a veterinary or healthcare setting. Familiarity with call center procedures, outbound calling, and data entry tasks. Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills required for administrative duties. Experience with cash handling, typing accuracy, and phone etiquette is highly desirable. Knowledge of animal care or veterinary clinic operations is advantageous but not mandatory.
