POSITION DESCRIPTION
As a QA Customer Service Representative at Dave Jones, you will be the first point of contact for our valued General Contractors and Builder customers within our Quality Assurance Segment . You'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent support and information concerning our services. Your effective communication and problem-solving skills will help build trust and relationships with our clients.COMPENSATION
Hourly wage is set between $23.00 and $26.00 per hour, dependent on experience.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Answer customer inquiries via phone, email. and builder portals with professionalism and courtesy. Provide accurate information regarding services and assist customers in placing requests. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner to enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with various departments to provide seamless service. Coordinate with our service technicians to ensure first call completion successSCHEDULE
