Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative:
Requirements:
Active Property & Casualty Insurance license. Experience in commercial insurance or related field. Strong computer skills with ability to navigate various software applications effectively.. A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
Mandatory:
Hold a valid Property & Casualty Insurance license. Educate Clients on services and best practices. Document all customer interactions in the system accurately and efficiently. Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while adhering to company policies and procedures..
