Greet and assist customers with their automotive service needs. Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs. Prepare and present repair estimates to customers. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services. Maintain accurate records of services and transactions. Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any complaints or concerns.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role. Strong communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
