This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who enjoy assisting customers, resolving inquiries, and supporting administrative processes. The Customer Service Assistant will work closely with team members to provide timely service, maintain accurate records, and support customer-focused initiatives. Responsibilities Provide accurate information regarding company services and processes Assist customers with account-related questions and service requests Maintain and update customer records in company systems Document customer interactions and follow-up activities Coordinate with internal departments to address customer concerns Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling customer information Perform additional duties as needed to support business operations Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
