They manage the drop-off and pickup ofgarments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a small store-front setting.
Key Responsibilities Customer Service and Sales:
Greet customers warmly, provide polite and expedient service, handle questions, and process transactions using kiosk.
Order Intake and Processing:
Inspect garments for stains, damages, or items in pockets and customer preferences. Tag, sort, and log items into the Point ofSale (POS) system.
Order Assembly and Pickup:
Organize finished garments, check orders for accuracy, rack onto conveyor, and assist customers with pickup.
Kiosk Maintenance:
Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized workspace ensuring customer supplies are readily available.
Communication:
Coordinate with the main production facility regarding customer requests and potential delays.
