Job Description
Do you have an enthusiastic personality and enjoy working with customers? If so, here is an opportunity for you! We will ask you to provide our customer with information, pricing, and assist in problem resolution, ensuring new and repeat business. You will also be responsible for timely and accurate inventory management and communication to internal and external customers, including billing. The shift for this position is going to be 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM, Monday - Friday.
DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Professionally answer phones promptly and reply to voicemail within 2 hours. Have working knowledge of different computer systems, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Enter data in a timely and accurate manner. Understand company services and related pricing. Learn new products and services as required by the company and customer. Utilize the Standard Reporting process to provide customers with reportable information. Understand, research, and respond to all questions from internal and external customers. Work with both internal and external customers on any questions on orders or problems. Accurately issue billing or credits on a timely basis after proper research and management approval. Make customer relationship phone calls to new and existing customers. Assist in other duties as needed.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Enjoys contact with customers via phone, e-mail, or in person. Requires strong organizational, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and decision-making skills. Strong computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must be reliable and a team player. Must demonstrate exceptional customer focus and sense of urgency. Bilingual speaking capabilities a plus.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
