Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking two highly motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives in our compounding pharmacy. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional service and support. Roles for this position include data/prescription entry, packaging, and customer service. This is a part-time position with 12-15 part time hours available.Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
- Process prescription orders
- Perform data entry tasks to update patient records and maintain accurate information
- Package outgoing orders under the supervision of a pharmacist
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with patients or provide additional information as needed
- Communicate effectively with customers and your team to ensure a seamless patient experience
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Accurate data entry skills with extreme attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer service or data entry is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think quickly on your feet The available hours for this position are as follows: CSR Position 1: Wednesdays & Thursdays weekly, 9:00am
- 4:30pm CSR Position 2: Thursdays & Fridays weekly, 10:30am
