Salary :

$21.55-$23.00/hour - Salary is Negotiable (Employees will receive 5% below the negotiated pay rate during their probationary status.)

Manager of Digital Services Summary :

This is a two-year position. The Post Graduate works as a member of the CSC Team with a primary focus of ensuring proper computer operation so that end-users can accomplish business tasks. This position will help with prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end-user help requests and escalating incidents when considered appropriate and necessary to maintain service level expectations. Provide excellent customer service while following the procedures, guidelines, and computing standards of the Oneida Nation. Continuation of this position is contingent upon funding allocations.

Minimum Qualifications :
