Full Time, Monday-Thursday 6:30am-3:30pm, Friday 6am-12pm

Requirements:
6+ months Customer Service or Administrative experience in an office setting Basic accounting knowledge is highly preferred Manufacturing industry experience is a plus Basic Word and Excel skills required, any Sage or manufacturing ERP systems is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills both written and verbal Attention to detail and accurate Work well in a team environment and shared office setting
Responsibilities:
Support customers, production documentation, and day-to-day office operations. Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email Process orders and customer requests Coordinate with the scheduling production teams Maintain customer records and documentation Resolve customer concerns and issues Maintain filing systems for purchase orders, invoices, quotes, and packing slips Assist with various office tasks such as invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, data entry and HR Office tasks
