Insurance Customer Service Representative

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to analyze customer needs effectively. Duties Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner. Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions or escalate as necessary. Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records. Provide information about products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions. Handle sales inquiries and support the sales team as needed. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Ensure all interactions are documented in our customer support system. Requirements Licensed in Property, Casualty, and Life in the State of Wisconsin (within 30- 60 days of hire) Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred. Strong computer skills with proficiency in data entry and office software applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to analyze information and provide clear solutions to customers. candidates are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clientele.
