Job Description

Provide excellent customer service while managing front desk operations in a veterinary clinic. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and support veterinary staff with administrative tasks.
Key Duties:
Greet clients and pets Schedule appointments Answer phones and respond to inquiries Check patients in and out Process payments and maintain records Coordinate communication between clients and veterinary staff Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Customer service experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Basic computer proficiency Comfortable working with animals and pet owners
