Job Description

Operations Co-op responsible for reviewing customer late fee activity, organizing account data, processing eligible fee waivers, and maintaining accurate records within defined service-level timelines. Job Requirements Currently pursuing at least a Bachelor's degree Experience using Microsoft Excel Ability to pull reports from a system of record Ability to organize and categorize data based on business rules and guidelines Ability to process customer account updates accurately Ability to meet defined service-level timelines Ability to handle confidential customer information Ability to maintain accurate process records Ability to complete recurring work during scheduled monthly processing cycles Preferred Skills Experience with customer account review Experience with fee waiver processing Experience with revolving credit, financial services, or operations support Experience working with product, operations, or customer support teams Experience reviewing reports and identifying accounts requiring action Experience using Excel for data organization, filtering, and tracking Job Responsibilities Pull late fee reports from the system of record during designated processing cycles Organize data in Microsoft Excel to identify accounts requiring review Review customer late fee activity Categorize data for waiver eligibility based on business rules and guidelines Process eligible late fee waivers accurately Complete fee waiver processing within required service-level timelines Complete work during each of the five scheduled monthly processing cycles Maintain accurate records of completed waivers Track waiver activity and process completion status Collaborate with internal product, operations, and support teams as needed Support customer experience by completing late fee waiver reviews within required time windows
