Service Advisor

Greet guests as they arrive in our climate-controlled service drive. Listen to the guest to properly assess their service needs or concerns for their vehicle. Communicate with technicians so that they have the appropriate information to properly complete the vehicle service. Regularly communicate with the guest regarding the status of their service appointment. Maintain Customer Happiness scores at or above company standards. Maintain good working relationship with factory(s) and foster positive employee relations.
