Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a non-profit organization in Richland Center, Wisconsin. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, handling high-volume customer interactions, and providing accurate service with professionalism and care. The person in this role will assist callers, process order information, and contribute to a positive experience across every interaction.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming customer calls promptly and provide courteous, solution-focused assistance.
- Handle a steady volume of inquiries in a call center environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
- Enter orders and update customer information accurately within internal systems.
- Make outbound calls as needed to follow up on requests, confirm details, or provide status updates.
- Resolve routine service issues by gathering information, answering questions, and guiding customers to appropriate solutions.
- Document interactions clearly so records remain complete, organized, and easy to reference.
- Support day-to-day customer service operations by prioritizing tasks and meeting established response expectations.
