Service Advisor

In this role, you'll schedule service appointments, communicate repair recommendations, manage customer relationships, and help keep our service department operating efficiently. You'll work closely with technicians, foremen, and management to deliver exceptional customer service while driving shop productivity and profitability.

Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment Leadership mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Team-oriented attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction Previous service, automotive, diesel, or dealership experience preferred
