Kohler Credit Union is hiring a Full-Time Member Service Representative to join our Contact Center team. This entry-level financial services opportunity offers a starting wage of $17.45•19.50 per hour , with no prior banking or credit union experience required. Training will take place in Sheboygan, WI, with the opportunity to transition to our Rapids Road•Manitowoc Branch upon successful completion of the training program. What You'll Do In this service-focused role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for members, delivering exceptional support through phone, chat, email, and secure messaging. You will assist with account inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide timely solutions that help members achieve their financial goals. Responsibilities include supporting account services such as debit cards, account updates, and mobile deposit verification, while ensuring accuracy and compliance in every interaction. You will also identify opportunities to recommend products and services that meet members' needs, collaborate with team members to achieve service goals, and participate in ongoing training and development to enhance the overall member experience. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service, contact center, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously Excellent problem-solving and customer relationship skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to follow compliance, security, and regulatory requirements

8:00 AM•5:00
PM Friday:
8:00 AM•6:00
PM Rotating Saturdays:
