This role works closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries Provide product information and assist with order-related questions Enter and update customer information in internal systems Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues or fulfill requests Track and follow up on customer needs to ensure timely resolution Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions Support order processing and general administrative tasks Deliver a high level of customer service in all interactions Qualifications 2+ years of customer service experience, call center preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable handling a high volume of calls Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks Experience working with internal systems or CRM tools is a plus #INJUN2026
