Job Description

Express Employment Professionals is looking for an Intake Specialist for a local organization in Stevens Point.
Pay:
$17.00/hour
Hours:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday:
8:30 AM - 5:00
PM Tuesday, Thursday:
8:30 AM - 6:00 PM Occasional Saturday mornings/afternoons
Job Duties:
Process energy assistance applications in person and over the phone Assist clients with determining eligibility for programs Provide excellent customer service Work with veterans, seniors, individuals with disabilities, and families Collaborate with community agencies and attend outreach events Maintain accurate records and documentation
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Prior office and customer service experience Basic computer and math skills Friendly, empathetic, and professional attitude Strong communication skills Flexible with scheduling Stable work history preferred
