  • 4:30 PM Training schedule: 8:00 AM
  • 4:30 PM (first two weeks) Position Overview We are seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Seasonal Contact Center Agents.
In this role, you will support member account management by handling inbound calls related to billing, payments, and account maintenance. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping others, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound calls regarding billing inquiries, payments, and account updates Process payments and ensure accurate transaction handling Maintain and update member account information, including email addresses, mailing addresses, phone numbers, and other demographic details Review and verify member eligibility when handling termination requests Ensure all required documentation and criteria are met before processing or escalating requests Accurately document all interactions and updates in internal systems Follow established policies, procedures, and business rules Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless member experience Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to navigate multiple systems and resources efficiently Must be very proficient with MS Office Suite Comfortable handling confidential information Ability to follow processes and work independently in a structured environment Call center experience preferred Training Two-week paid training period Training hours: 8:00 AM
