If you are motivated by helping others and enjoy a role where your communication skills make a direct impact on individuals in need, this is an ideal opportunity. As a key member of the intake team, you will help local residents navigate essential energy assistance programs and provide the guidance they need to achieve long-term stability. This is a temp to hire role.

Mon, Wed, Fri:
8:30 AM - 5:00 PM |
Tue & Thu:
8:30 AM - 6:00 PM ...
Responsibilities:
Greet clients in person and over the phone to provide a warm and helpful experience Process applications and conduct intake interviews to determine eligibility for assistance programs Schedule appointments for multiple county offices and manage a high volume of calls Answer questions regarding program requirements and refer complex inquiries to the appropriate staff Assist with community outreach events to share information about available services Keep accurate records and perform routine clerical tasks to support the operations team
Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Strong math and computer skills for processing applications and data entry Previous experience in a call center environment or professional office A patient, outgoing personality with a genuine interest in helping low-income populations Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain a high level of confidentiality Previous experience in a non-profit or social services setting is a plus Comfort working in a busy front-desk and phone-based environment Previous experience in a non-profit or social services setting is a plus Please apply to the Client Service Representatives role for immediate consideration!
