Overview:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a vital role in delivering exceptional client experience while supporting the daily operations of our team. This position serves as the primary point of contact for clients and works collaboratively with Sales Arborists and Production teams to ensure seamless communication, efficient scheduling, and high-quality service delivery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a team-oriented, shared-responsibility environment , where success is achieved through collaboration, adaptability, and a willingness to support one another. Key Responsibilities Client Experience & Communication Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and online requests Provide a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable experience in every interaction Educate clients on services, timelines, and expectations Build trust and reinforce Wachtel Tree Science's reputation for quality and care Scheduling & Coordination Schedule consultations with a focus on efficiency and responsiveness Coordinate calendars to maximize efficiency and route density Communicate schedule updates, delays, or changes proactively Support adjustments due to weather, emergencies, or operational needs Sales & Administrative Support Assist in converting inquiries into scheduled consultations Provide basic service information and guide clients toward next steps Follow up on open proposals and unscheduled work Support Sales Arborists with client communication and administrative tasks Data Management & Accuracy Maintain accurate client records and job details in company systems Enter notes and service details with a high level of accuracy Ensure information is complete and accessible for all team members Team Collaboration Act as a communication hub between clients, sales, and production teams Share important client notes, property details, and expectations Contribute to a positive, team-first environment where responsibilities are shared Problem Solving & Support Address client concerns and questions with professionalism Resolve issues efficiently while aligning with company values Escalate complex situations when appropriate and ensure follow-through Attributes for Success We are looking for someone who is: Team-Oriented

Skills & Qualifications Required:
Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with computers, scheduling systems, and general office software Customer service or administrative experience
Preferred:
