We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Support Representative located in Fond du Lac, WI.
How you will contribute:
Come join our Central Support team as a Service Support Representative. Use your abilities to work within a team and on your own to assist our service operations and our customers across the Midwest. Show off your communication skills as you deliver inspection results direct to customers as well as through 3rd-party portals, answer correspondence from our customers, and collaborate with other departments. Learn about mechanical and fire protection systems while you review and process sales quotes into work orders and maintenance contracts. With your attention to detail and drive for excellence, you will help us maintain and grow our customer database system. If you enjoy having structured daily tasks with a mix of projects and the unexpected in a department that continues to grow and take on new responsibilities, then this is the position for you!
What you need to qualify:
The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills. In addition, the ability to handle multiple tasks while working both independently and within a team is essential. One to three years of prior experience in a service-related position and an associate degree in a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
