Job Description

GRINWALD FORD
is now hiring for an experienced
SERVICE ADVISOR.
In this role, you would be the primary point of contact for customers in the service department (in person/phone/online) and coordinate their vehicle service needs with the schedule, building RO's and maintaining a positive customer experience. Excellent communication skills are a must.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Schedule and monitor repair orders for the department, internal and external. Ensure R/O progress and active communication from tech through to customers; work with techs in shop fluidly Assist with service loaner schedule, documentation. Ensure customer satisfaction through completion of service work KEY SKILLS and
