Customer Service Representative

Description Responsible for providing sales and order support to customers and internal sales representatives. This is not a high-volume, call-after-call CSR role. The focus is on processing custom orders, managing account-specific requests, and troubleshooting issues that often require coordination with Engineering, Warehouse, and other internal teams. Responsibilities include quoting, order entry, expediting orders, restocking requests, and issue resolution. Many inquiries are client-specific and require analytical thinking and follow-up across departments to ensure accurate and timely outcomes. New hires will start as Order Processing Representatives, with a primary focus on data entry and order accuracy while learning the system, processes, and product lines. SAP Additional Skills & Qualifications MUST:

1 year of customer service or order entry experience Ability to think analytically and learn technical product information Positive, professional attitude Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM Strong computer skills and ability to work across multiple systems Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

NICE:

4-year college degree Experience using SAP 2-4 years of technical or product-driven customer service experience Personal or professional interest in hands-on or technical environments (e.g., automotive, mechanical, agricultural) Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waunakee, WI.
