Client Service Associate - Financial Industry

What You'll Do:

Provide day-to-day administrative and client service support to financial advisors Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication Assist with account opening, maintenance, and service requests Prepare client meeting materials, reports, and documentation Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with firm policies Coordinate scheduling and follow-ups with clients

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree (completed or expected soon) in business, finance, financial planning, or a related field Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Professionalism and a client-first attitude Be able to pass a background check and be fingerprinted Securities licensing not required
