Customer Representative Responsibilities Engage with customers daily to assess their needs and match them with the best AT&T products and services Assist in translating customer inquiries, documents, or promotional materials as needed Provide expert recommendations and assist with inquiries in a professional manner Adapt communication styles to provide a personalized customer experience based on different cultural expectations Escalate high-value sales opportunities to senior Account Managers Track, manage, and document customer interactions, sales, and leads Ensure adherence to company policies and client expectations Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to enhance customer experiences

Customer Representative Education and Experience Requirements:

Ability to problem-solve and provide excellent customer support across diverse customer backgrounds.
