9am-5pm Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and mentor a team of customer service representatives Handle complex or escalated customer issues and ensure resolution Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and service standards Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns Assist in developing and improving customer service processes and workflows Key Skills Leadership and team management Conflict resolution Customer-focused mindset Basic computer, typing, and technology skills Multitasking and adaptability Customer service experience If you thrive on helping others succeed and want to grow your career in customer service management, we want to hear from you!
