SERVICE ADVISORS
to join our team at
FRIENDSHIP HYUNDAI
of BECKLEY! Our ideal candidates are reliable, self-motivated and love to work with people!
What You'll Do:
Promptly greet customers Obtain customer and vehicle information Clearly document vehicle issues and customer concerns Determine and recommend necessary maintenance Prepare an accurate estimate for the cost of services Monitor the service process and update customers frequently Communicate completed services and charges to customers Verify invoices and repair orders
Qualification Checklist:
A strong focus on providing the best customer service around Excellent communication skills, both written and in person The desire to work in a fast paced position The ability to work well in a process-driven environment A focus on details and organization A professional, well-groomed personal appearance
Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation for this position is driven by incentives and commission, with training compensation based on experience.
