Job Description

As we are expanding rapidly, we're building a high-performance team to support our continued growth across residential, commercial, and roll-off services. We're looking for a Customer Service Member who leads from the front, and knows how to get the best out of a team. Job Description The Customer Service Member is responsible for supporting key operations within the waste management and recycling industry. This role contributes to the organization's success through strong execution, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a commitment to safety, service quality, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Address and resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism. Process service requests and coordinate with internal teams to fulfill customer needs. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Identify opportunities to upsell additional services to existing customers. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues. Process Payments. Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. 1 -2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or service-oriented environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of the waste management industry is a plus.
