DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties include, but are not limited to the following as needed: Receiving incoming telephone calls, routing, and taking messages as applicable Reviewing customer accounts and resolving issues Processing mail Support Customer Service Representatives and Supervisor as directed Processing of walk-in customer account payments
REQUIREMENTS
Possess the ability to work under supervision and work well with others Applicant should be well organized and detailed oriented Personal appearance and communication skills are important due to the level of involvement with the public Demonstrate the ability to consistently interact with the public in a cordial manner Multilingual speaking preferred It is the policy of the Utility Board to provide equal employment opportunity without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or veteran status.
